Is this a problem on the site or is it just at my end ?

The alphabet is locked in 'All' for me, as well.I'm sure Bill will be able to advise later today. 1

I use Microsoft explorer on windows 8. There was an update last night. Whether this was the cure or coincidence I don't know. Thank you for your time and interest.

I assumed it was a phone problem and tried on my desktop, which worked fine. I tried my phone again and it worked.Temporary glitch that I can't explain
