It will be copied onto a separate page and hosted off of the forum (to save our meagre storage allowance). I will put a link to the Ride/Transport "archive" page on the forum topic.Eventually I hope that this will build into a history of the ride/lorry featured.I must stress that, as all the pages have to be hand coded by me, this is a long term project - don't expect to see anything like the old NFA pages sometime soon If you have any historic photos that you would like to include, please feel free to add them to the Ride/Transport topic. I will then create the page as time allows. We can also include narrative that is relevant to the ride if you wish to include it (with or without a photo).Usual forum rules apply, you MUST own the copyright to any photo you submit or have the express permission of the copyright holder. All the bestBill Link to comment

It's a fair amount of work, which isn't a problem if it's useful I think this is a very good idea - very useful.I like the idea of having the link to the archive photos (instead of having the photos all on the Rides List together), which not only saves space on this Forum, but also keeps the Rides List entries neat and up-to-date with only the most recent photos of the ride + transport (otherwise the Rides List entries would look very cluttered wouldn't they). If you have any historic photos of rides showing them in their previous decors, guises etc, please reply to the Rides List entry and I will add them to the archive - the response to date has been somewhat disappointing Give it time Bill. I am sure photos will be added in due course (People are out and about at the moment ). There are lots of members on here with lots of historic photos. I am certain they will be added - even it it takes until winter when people are more "free".I have quite a few historic photos I can add when I get the chance.
