Thanks Richard. 1

If members had unlimited ability to give likes, some members would like everything and the system would fall into disrepute. There are members on here who seem to like everything they read and some even like both sides of an argument. The number of likes was originally 6 in 24 hours, which I thought was adequate. However I was out voted and it was increased to 30 (which I still maintain is far too many!) RegardsBill

The reason I attempted to give more than 30 "likes" today was that I had a lot of catching up to do due to having been away for over a week, and during that time there were what I consider a good many excellent posts mainly concerning back-end fairs, many of which I felt warranted "likes".

You can always nip back through those good ones tomorrow and use tomorrow's allocation. 1
