For some reason , this afternoon, my notifications are going to my junk mailbox ( ATFOTF only)  --- any help please ?

If it had happened to me, using Thunderbird, I would assume that I'd accidently told the software that one of the notifications was junk OR that I'd accidentally placed one in the junk folder. I'd start to correct it by marking the ones in the junk folder as "not junk" and carrying on from there.

Thanks John,

I tried all the things you suggested  --- in the end , the 'fix' was to delete the permission and then re-instate it  -- now back to normal !

For what it's worth, I've tried Outlook and have had nothing but problems with it. What works one day won't work the next. I want to get on with it, but I can't!

 

I've tried quite a few different email clients and finally settled on eM Client - http://www.emclient.com/

 

Works well, loads of features, easy set up, stable, looks good and providing you don't have more than 2 email accounts is FREE!

I had to give up on Outlook too. Email has been easily the most difficult software I've had to set up when changing PC's or internet service providers. I sympathise whole heartedly with anyone who has problems with it.
