Please can I remind ALL members to keep their forum email address up to date.

 

Simply click your name (top right of the forum) then "Account Settings" and change email address. Alternatively email me at admin@fun-fairs.co.uk and I will do it for you.

 

Occasionally the forum will insist that you reset your password - a process that takes a few seconds if we have your correct email address, but which takes far longer if you have to ask for your email address to be changed before you need to reset.

Unfortunately we are still getting password reset emails going astray due to incorrect email addresses. It ISN'T a problem for me to update the email address for you should this happen, but there will be a delay. If we don't have an email address that you can access, the process is a manual one rather than automatic.

 

Please check we have your correct email address. If it is incorrect, either update it (instructions above) or ask me to do it for you, preferably before you are locked out due to a password issue.
